So this particular post is more like an update than some of the other posts as it is the first of a few posts in my journey into the fitness world!!

I’m not looking to lose weight or anything like that BUT I used to be quite athletic in high school and now that I’m in college I feel like I’d like to keep myself in the shape I’m used to.

This is an ongoing process, but I’ve decided that this summer will be known as ‘the Experiment’. I am already consistently doing yoga three times a week to keep myself active and feeling fresh, but I want to start doing more heavy duty workouts. Since I don’t know where exactly to start, I’ll be spending the summer testing out apps, workout regimes, schedules, etc. and when you hear from me in my second post, I will hopefully have found something useful and gained some more profound knowledge on working out in general! So until next time….I’M GETTING FIT! WOOHOO!
